		<description>Maybe it was, but I watched the whole Keynote and don&#039;t remember it being mentioned.  I may have been a little carried away with all the other things going on.

Darren has also pointed out that there was an iPod Touch beta, but for some reason it was not installed on my device...  He also reminded me that the OS2 upgrade was chargeable on the iPod Touch too, a fact I did know.

		<description>Yes indeed, that has always been the case for the iPod Touch and every major update has been subject to a charge.  I don&#039;t claim to understand why but this is apparently a legal necessity.</description>
